  • Assist technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair.
  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs.
  • Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
  • Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
  • Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed properly through the service department and collision repair shop.
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time and completing the apt record keeping.
  • Refer to parts manual to identify exactly the right part for the make model and year of vehicles being serviced.
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
  • Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
  • Handling part payment collection and making sure they are billed correctly.
  • To perform such duties as may be assigned to you by the Company or its officers from time to time.
  • Familiarity with automotive brands and vehicle parts is required.
  • With NC-II Certification
  • Ability to identify and source the correct parts for both customers and technicians
