Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our team and assist with automation and AI tasks. This role will involve working closely with our Head of Systems and collaborating with various departments to implement and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft, ServiceNow, and HubSpot AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with Microsoft, ServiceNow, and HubSpot AI and automation tools to create and maintain workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and AI systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation and AI.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages including Python and JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational databases
• Familiarity with Microsoft, ServiceNow, and HubSpot AI and automation tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
