The Sales Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of daily sales reports, verifying that all income from various store is properly recorded and balanced. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner and familiarity with Word and Advance Excel are required.

Daily Sales Audit:

• Review and reconcile daily Sales Reports from Stores.
• Verify that all revenue postings are accurate and aligned with the Books of Accounts (Sales), Point of Sale (POS), and other revenue systems.
• Identify discrepancies or anomalies and report findings to management.

Document Verification & Reconciliation:

• Audit voided transactions for proper authorization.
• Review discounts, rebates, and adjustments ensuring compliance with Store policies.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure proper batch settlements.

Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all financial transactions.
• Provide guidance and training on revenue-related procedures as needed.

Others:

• Performs other substantially related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate Superior.
• Files all report for future purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Accounting or Audit is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Positive work attitude – can work under time pressure.
• Services oriented – willing to render overtime whenever needed.
• Good in problem – solving and has time management skills.
