Position: Associate Manager Go-to-Market Strategy

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig (On-site)

Reporting To: Go-to-Market Strategy Manager

Role Overview

As the Associate Manager for Go-to-Market Strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy in the Philippines. Your role connects local market realities with the companys broader strategic goals, focusing on expanding distribution reach, enhancing execution effectiveness, and optimizing cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, distributor and wholesaler dynamics, competitor RTM models, and cost structures to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with commercial and RTM teams to develop actionable business plans that align with strategic objectives.
Evaluate financial viability of RTM initiatives, ensuring positive returns and resource optimization.
Lead adaptation and deployment of distributor management and wholesaler engagement frameworks, working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, digital enablement, and other teams.
Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring innovative selling and delivery models, including digital tools like chatbots, voice ordering, and inventory automation.
Design, implement, and monitor pilots to test new RTM strategies, secure necessary investments, and develop business cases for broader rollout.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as numeric distribution, cost-to-serve, sales revenue, and market share to measure RTM success.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-5 years experience in distributor management or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage data effectively.
Proven experience leading projects and collaborating across functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Adaptable, fast learner, and open to continuous change.
