About The Role

As an Associate Brand Manager for TikTok Shop, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing product catalogs on TikTok Shop to drive brand performance. You will analyze key product metrics, implement data-driven strategies that include affiliate approach, and ensure competitive pricing, product visibility, product availability and listing quality. Ideally, you have experience working in fast-growing e-commerce companies. This is an opportunity to join the most exciting and rapidly expanding channel within our business. Social commerce is a key part of our strategy, providing you with significant visibility within the company.

You will be part of the Marketing team, working closely with brand managers and cross-functional teams to achieve brand-level goals.

What you will do:

  • Adding products to TikTok Shop using a third-party application (ChannelAdvisor, Shoppedance, Silkcommerce) and directly through the TikTok Seller Center
  • Analyzing product level data, and investigating how and why product performance metrics (revenue, margin, TACoS, ACoS) are increasing or decreasing
  • Articulate the data-driven action plans and implement them to improve product performance
  • Daily monitoring of the brand's key products and niches on TikTok to ensure products retain badges and adjust in a timely manner to the competitive landscape (for price & coupon changes)
  • Ensure any changes made on Tiktok seller center reflect on Tiktok in a timely manner
  • Work on Forecast and coordinate with supply chain to ensure products are always in stock
  • Work closely with the affiliate marketing team to define the affiliate strategy and animate the affiliate community in order to increase our sales.
  • Partner with the brand manager to produce deeper brand-level and product-level strategies that require cross-functional support from internal teams
  • Work closely with External traffic team to define and implement Ads strategy
  • Coordinate projects with several teams in order to achieve creative revamps, SEO revamps, pricing strategies, CS excellence, CRM, etc.
  • Produce and maintain daily & weekly reports and coordinate with brand manager on actions to implement

Who you are:

  • With strong analytical skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
  • You have strong collaboration skills and good business sense
  • Experience in managing Tiktok affiliates and Tiktok Ads is a plus.
  • Tiktok Shop US and Amazon experience preferred
  • Must have advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
