Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of park staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Strong Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the park.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, park visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure situations, including handling emergencies, operational challenges, or customer complaints.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with park management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Parks and Recreation Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within park operations, hospitality, or leisure services.
Experience in customer service, with a strong ability to address visitor concerns and maintain a positive park environment.
Knowledgeable in park maintenance, operations, retail and inventory, supply chain management and safety procedure
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting, including overseeing operational costs, scheduling, and staff management.
