1. Accurately understand and translate Chinese and English documents and contracts related to marine engineering projects, integrate and analyze the translated content, and provide it to the superior leaders.

2. Assist leaders in effectively communicating with suppliers and clients, negotiating business terms, and providing business support.

3. Assist leaders in formulating and submitting tender documents for projects, and summarize and integrate project materials.

4. Send and receive emails, follow up on, report, and summarize project progress, and compile project completion documents.

5. Candidates with certain mechanical professional knowledge, business common sense, and relevant working experience will be given priority.

Language Proficiency

Be proficient in Filipino, English, and Chinese, and have excellent skills in both written and oral translation.

Professional Competence

Hold a bachelor's degree or above. Preference will be given to candidates majoring in relevant fields such as translation, business management, and international relations.

Be familiar with translation in business scenarios and the work processes of an administrative assistant.

Skill Requirements

Be skilled in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and translation tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ).

Have strong cross - cultural communication abilities and be familiar with international business etiquette.

Personal Qualities

Be meticulous, patient, and highly responsible. Be able to withstand work pressure and adapt to flexible work arrangements.

Have a good sense of confidentiality and strictly abide by the company's confidentiality regulations.
