Position: Record to Report Assistant Manager

Salary Offer: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Business-related course
• With at least 3 years’ experience in end-to-end process of Accounting, Finance, and Financial Services
• With at least 2 years’ Leadership experience
• Experience in Accounting System is an advantage
• Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team responsible for the Record to Report (R2R) process, including assigning work, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure the team completes the monthly closing timeline accurately and efficiently
• Manage the reconciliation of accounts, including bank and fixed asset accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Provide support for internal and external audits and tax-related activities
