We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team and lead the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with a team of experts and work closely with clients to design, build, and deploy scalable platforms that enhance customer experience.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Scope and architect platform enhancements based on business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance on Salesforce and its integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and consultants to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Mentor junior developers and testers to foster team growth and capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange apps.
• Experience with Health Cloud is a plus.
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API Web Services, and declarative programming.
• Hands-on experience with Omnistudio and Copado.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
