• Having a motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage field and office operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead and supervise teams to achieve targets and deliverables
• Plan, coordinate, and implement brand activation activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to meet objectives
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing recommendations for improvements
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations

Qualifications:

• Can work in both field and office set-up
• With proven team management experience
• With agency brand activation background/experience
