Supervise and manage architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site execution
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples for architectural works
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
Ensure proper implementation of design details for general construction and/or interior fit-out works
Identify and resolve site issues, discrepancies, and clashes between architectural and MEP/structural works
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and daily/weekly work logs
Assist in quantity take-offs, material planning, and coordination with procurement teams
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors and provide technical input
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with local building codes, standards, and project requirements
