Position Objective

Ensure that ongoing house construction and existing houses within the village comply with the Village Construction Rules and Regulations and other statutory local and national requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enforce Deeds of Restrictions, Design Guidelines, and Construction Rules and Regulations
• Coordinate all construction-related concerns to lot owners/ authorized representatives and recommend resolutions based on Construction Rules and Regulations, Design Guidelines, and Deeds of Restrictions
• Responding to all concerns and inquiries regarding DOR and Construction Phases
• Updating of AWH Map and Monitoring Master List of Ongoing Constructions
• Final Drawing checking, review, and recommendation for approval
• Inspection and Monitoring of Ongoing Construction and Built Houses
• Responding to concerns and tickets regarding ongoing constructions and built houses
• Prepare a Reminder and Violation Letter when necessary
• Assist the builder in the pre-construction phase
• Prepare ongoing construction monitoring checklist/report
• Prepare progress report and final inspection report
• Release the (VCP) Village Construction Permit for New Houses and Renovations
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience specializing in Architecture in Residential/Commercial Construction, Real Estate, Property Development companies, or equivalent
• Must be customer-oriented, self-starter, resourceful, innovative, detail-oriented, dynamic, flexible, multi-tasking, hardworking, honest, trustworthy, responsible, and able to prioritize work among competing demands
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, Google Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and other rendering tools.
• Must have good communication, literacy, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to manage own time and workload
• Must have a good attitude and be customer oriented
• Willing to be assigned to a premier residential property in Cavite / Laguna area
• Preferably know how to drive an e-bike and/or 4 wheels vehicle with a valid Driver’s License
