• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and technical requirements.
• Assemble and configure new personal computer hardware (e.g., system units, monitors, expansion boards, NICs, modems, printers).
• Install and configure licensed PC application software and required system files/utilities based on approved standards.
• Perform asset management for all computer-related assets in accordance with company policies.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain and update problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Retrieve patches, fixes, and updates from hardware/software vendors via phone, bulletin boards, or internet services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance and security measures.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity.
• Optimize query performance and reduce costs through effective partitioning and indexing strategies.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Databases: Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Cassandra
• Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory
• Tools: Azure Cosmos DB Explorer, Azure Monitor, Grafana

Additional Skills:

• Security management and data governance implementation.
• Performance tuning and regular database maintenance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Certifications:

• Required: AZ-104
• Preferred/Must Have: DP-300
• Additional Requirement: AWS Associate-level Certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in application development or database administration.

Education:

• Open to undergraduate or combo-fit profiles.
