Reports Engineer – Professional Services (Hybrid | Mandaluyong City | Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reports Engineer – Professional Services who will be responsible for delivering customized reporting solutions using Aceyus VUE. This role involves extracting requirements, designing reports and dashboards, and ensuring high-quality deployments for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in SQL, data reporting, and customer-facing solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to gather and clarify reporting requirements
• Build and deliver reports independently using SQL, Aceyus VUE, and related tools
• Participate in project scoping, planning, and customer communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and complete project documentation
• Provide informal mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5–8 years of experience in reporting and data analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and report/dashboard development
• Experience with scripting languages (HTML, JavaScript) preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of contact center reporting environments (Five9, Avaya, Cisco, etc.)
