• Conduct regular maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems within Ardenhills Suites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to meet facility climate-control needs.
• Comply with all safety policies and regulations within the tourism industry.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Formal education not required, training or certification in HVAC technology preferred.
• Experience Level: Must have 1 - 3 years of experience working as an Air Condition Technician or similar field.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in hand welding, knowledge of electrical systems and wirings, ability to read and understand technical diagrams. EPA Certification is a plus.
• Working Conditions: Work may include indoor and outdoor environments, in various weather conditions, and may require physical effort and use of protective gear.
• Qualities and Traits: A strong work ethic, reliability, good communication skills, problem-solving ability, detail-oriented, and a focus on providing quality service.
