We’re expanding rapidly and are on the lookout for a highly skilled AI Agent Developer to join our elite automation and AI engineering team. If you are passionate about building conversational AI, workflow automations, and integrating multiple platforms into seamless ecosystems — we want you!

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents (text & voice) for lead generation, appointment setting, and customer engagement
• Integrate AI agents with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
• Develop smart nurture sequences and dynamic AI flows using platforms like ChatGPT API, ElevenLabs, Claude, and custom LLM setups
• Automate workflows using n8n, Make, and Zapier
• Collaborate with our team on optimization reviews and scaling strategies for enterprise clients
• Continuously monitor and refine agents for maximum efficiency, conversion, and natural communication flow

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with conversational AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Llama models)
• API integrations and workflow design
• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a big plus)
• Experience building automated sequences for outbound and inbound lead nurturing
• Understanding of prompt engineering and persona development for AI systems
• Excellent problem-solving, testing, and optimization mindset
• Bonus: Experience with voice AI (ElevenLabs, Whisper, or similar)
