Customer Service

• Provide prompt assistance to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Educate customers on new products, promotions, and sales programs.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Update management on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Use handheld devices or sales apps (if provided) for order entry and data tracking.

Route Management

• Plan and execute daily route schedules efficiently.
• Ensure coverage of all assigned outlets within the route.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and sales activities.

Order Generation & Inventory Management

• Generate accurate sales orders based on stock levels, demand, and promotions.
• Work with the distributor to maintain adequate inventory and reduce out-of-stocks.
• Track expired products, returns, and damaged goods.

Account Management

• Manage a set of distributor accounts, retail stores, supermarkets, or route customers.
• Conduct regular visits to accounts to ensure optimal stock levels, merchandising, and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and distributor personnel.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution in existing and new accounts.
• Execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade programs to drive volume.
