We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting company products or services, and closing sales efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through phone call, email, or face-to-face meetings.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, customer interactions, and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualification:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as sales agent.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in [insert industry: e.g., real estate, insurance, tech, retail, etc.].
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and online marketing strategies.

Work Environment:
