Our client is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to join its dynamic team. As a leader in global affiliate marketing, the company connects advertisers with affiliates to drive performance-based growth. Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates through various digital marketing channels, including social media, news outlets, and digital advertising.
• Negotiate commercial terms with publishers in the company's best interest.
• Coordinate contract agreements and additional terms with publishers, ensuring alignment with other departments.
• Facilitate communication between technical integration managers and affiliates.
• Organize reporting documentation for affiliate campaigns.
• Analyze statistical data on assigned campaigns and specific business lines.
• Gather and analyze information on current and potential affiliates, competitors, and market trends.
• Monitor lead generation (sales) and commission performance across the system.
• Launch campaigns to engage and incentivize affiliates.
• Coordinate promotional codes and ensure proper placement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Over 2 years of experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, or a related field (white-hat only).
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves working with Mandarin-speaking partners.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and performance marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and time management abilities.
• Analytical thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in reporting and campaign tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Experience with relationship management or partnership development is a plus.
