Description

A Social Media Paid Ads Specialist plans, creates, and manages paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google. They target the right audience, set budgets, design or test ad creatives, track performance, and optimize ads to get the best results (such as more clicks, sales, or sign-ups).

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Meta and TikTok)
• Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and formats to optimize performance
• Set up and manage audiences, including targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Implement and maintain pixel tracking and conversion tracking

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication skills with proven client management experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns
• In-depth understanding of campaign objectives, pixel implementation, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
• Demonstrated experience running eCommerce, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns
• Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, using data to optimize performance
