  • Compile, review and summarize large quantities of data for superior, customer and reporting needs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, answer inquiries and provide regular updates on case progress in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding their immigration and visa options based on current immigration laws and policies.
  • Generate clear, well-written emails, proposals, letters and forms, adhering to immigration requirements and ensuring accuracy.
  • Perform data entry and upload documents into the immigration system, maintaining organized and up-to-date case records and databases.
  • Oversee the status of immigration cases on a daily basis, recording and tracking important dates, deadlines and milestones for each case.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and other entities involved in the immigration process, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations by reviewing case documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing any potential issues or inconsistencies.
  • Achieve high levels of customer service by proactively responding to client queries and providing updates on application status, advising clients on their immigration and visa needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings, as well as assisting with documentation for invoicing and other administrative tasks related to immigration cases.
  • Meet assigned targets and goals set by management.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
