The Office Staff / Computer Expert / Field Photo Viewer is responsible for providing administrative support, handling computer-related tasks, and assisting in field operations where documentation and photo viewing are required. This position ensures accurate data handling, proper photo validation, and smooth workflow between office and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize company documents, reports, and daily logs.
• Operate basic to advanced computer applications (Word, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Troubleshoot minor software or equipment concerns (printer, PC, devices).
• Manage and organize digital folders, photos, and reports.
• Visit assigned field locations to view, verify, and document photos or digital files.
• Coordinate with field personnel for required photo updates or corrections.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings from field photo checks.
