Açıklama

  • Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their Immediate Superior.
  • Responsible for Monitoring of Daily Manpower Distribution Main and Site office
  • Responsible for receiving, routing and keeping of records of Material Request Form, Delivery Request Form and Pull-out Request forms from different Departments before forwarded to Warehouse Dept.
  • Responsible for receiving of incoming and outgoing documents from different Projects/Department before transmitted to specific person.
  • Responsible for the issuance of office supplies and inventory of the Main office as well as various Projects.
  • Responsible for the Monitoring of Company Uniform, Issuance and recording both Main office and Jobsite.
  • Assist Admin Head for the daily transaction of Messengers.
  • Responsible for preparing update and encoding of Petty cash liquidation of Admin Department.
  • Preparation of Government Mandatory Requirements of the Following Companies listed below:
  • Systech Lighting and Controls Inc.
  • Systech Audiovisual and Lighting Inc.
  • Systech Sales and Marketing Inc.
  • Systech Holdings Inc.
  • Systech Land Development Inc.
  • Monitoring of Gas P.O for Company Service vehicles.
  • Monitoring of Company vehicle Renewal/ Application.
  • Prioritize the company's billing and collections endeavors including but not limited to preparation and realization of clerical works, follow-ups (if and when necessary), among others. Billing tasks include but not limited to: Establish a relationship with our clients, monitor and call to facilitate collection. Provides direct input to Project Manager, Project In-Charge for the status of collection from clients. Assist with the implementation of a new billing system

Gereklilik

  • College Graduate of relevant course (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.)
  • Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines in Fast paced Environment.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
