Açıklama

  • The Site Admin provides support to the Project-in-Charge in the efficient and effective execution of a specific project phase through various administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate orientation (and re-orientation) of workers about the company’s policies and regulations.
  • In-charge in the signing of workers’ contracts and its efficient safekeeping.
  • Maintain updated records of workers to include but not limited to latest salary, date hired and complete address.
  • Monitor and submit daily manpower report.
  • Ensures timely submission to HRD of required attendance sheet of staff and workers, including overtime requests forms.
  • Facilitate distribution of payroll.
  • Report to the Human Resource Department all erring staff/workers for appropriate disciplinary sanctions.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Gereklilik

  • Graduate of BS Management/Office Management or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in office works.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • With good organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player.
