Your Role:

As an Office Admin, you’ll be at the heart of our team, ensuring everything behind the scenes works seamlessly. From managing daily tasks to supporting brokers and agents, your efforts will make a big difference.


What You’ll Do:
  • Recruitment & Broker Outreach: Help us grow by finding and connecting with brokers who are passionate about real estate.
  • Webinars & Training: Lead and organize Zoom training sessions and webinars to support our agents.
  • Event & Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute recruitment activities, marketing campaigns, and company events on schedule.
  • Office Management: Handle the essentials—paying bills, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring equipment is in top shape.
  • Document Management: Keep everything organized by managing and updating records for brokers and agents.
  • Administrative Support: Assist team members with clerical tasks to improve overall efficiency and coordination.
  • Guest & Customer Relations: Welcome visitors warmly and address inquiries via phone or email.
  • Filing & Data Backup: Ensure all important documents are securely filed and databases are regularly updated.
  • Support: Provide secretarial assistance for real estate-related tasks.
  • Property Viewings: Coordinate and assist with property viewings for clients and brokers.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Be ready to take on other tasks that help the company grow and thrive.


Qualifications:
  • Education: A college graduate.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles or recruitment is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with Zoom, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
  • Organization & Time Management: You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attitude: A team player with a positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
