Açıklama

  • We are looking for a digitally skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This role focuses on digital administrative tasksExcel-based reporting, and occasional support for accounting, including system-based price adjustments and a some of RMAs (returns). Ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a retail support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain organized digital records using cloud storage and internal systems.
  • Perform data entry and updates across various platforms (inventory, sales, admin).
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams through digital channels (email, chat, trackers).
  • Assist with digital report preparation and internal documentation.

Excel & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking product data, pricing changes, and return logs.
  • Provide regular reports and summaries to support team operations and decision-making.

Light Accounting & Price Adjustments:

  • Assist in processing price adjustments in the system.
  • Support the accounting team with basic data validation (invoices, purchase orders).
  • Ensure all pricing or return-related entries are accurately reflected in digital records.

Occasional RMA Support:

  • Help process a few RMAs, ensuring correct documentation and system updates.
  • Track return status, reasons, and resolutions digitally.

Gereklilik

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience as admin or office support role, preferably in retail . ( Fresh Grad are Welcome to Apply )
  • Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tools)
  • Strong digital organization and file management
  • Good communication skills across digital platforms
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple digital workflows
  • Familiarity with inventory or accounting systems is an advantage
