Responsible for assisting in the monitoring, recording, and collection of customer payments. Provides clerical and administrative support to ensure accurate invoicing, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation of receivables.

Core Responsibilities

1. Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time for assigned accounts
• Verify billing details, rates, and supporting documents before invoicing

2. Collections & Follow-ups

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with assigned customers for payment
• Send reminders, statements of account, and collection notices
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

3. Administrative & Support Tasks

• Support process improvement initiatives
• Provide backup support to the AR team as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AR processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks Online preferred)

Education & Experience

• Accounting graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience
