Position: French Accounts Payable Support

Industry: Shared Services

Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 80,000-Php 90,000

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Set-up: Hybrid Set up

Job Requirements:

• Open to any foreign national with permanent residence in the Philippines
• Must be a bachelor's degree in any field
• Preferably with work experience in handling Accounts Payable
• Preferably currently residing in the Philippines
• Willing to work on shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing accurately and timely the end-to-end vendor invoices and other payment requests.
• Verifying and post vendor invoices daily
• Maintain an up to date and accurate vendor database
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Managing email and telephone communication with both internal and external stakeholders
