• Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Verify, code, and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Prepare and process payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries regarding payments.
• Assist with month-end close processes and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Accountancy Graduate / any business course
• One year of Experience in an AP job with a bookkeeping background.
• Two to three years of experience in payables.
• Knowledge in accounting software, proficient in QuickBooks/Bookkeeping / Gov’t compliance.
• In charge of all company Payables.
• Preparation of checks for all company payables.
• Petty Cash custodian
• Recording of all transactions to QuickBooks/ BIR Program.
• Releasing Checks
• Preparation of 2307 forms to Suppliers
