Record and post financial entries on the respective ledger of accounts of the company
Record incoming cash and deposit at the bank
Keep track of daily financial transactions of the company
Reconcile bank and other accounts
Make journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
Petty cash recording
Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Keep the books of accounts updated at all times
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Review financial transactions for accuracy
Submit monthly reports as Profit and Loss statements/Income statements, and Balance sheets
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Follow accounting standard procedures
Help in inventory count

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any business-related course.
Hardworking and willing to be trained.
At least 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper, or Accounting staff.
Knowledgeable in office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Experience in posting accounting entries and preparation of financial reports. Payroll experience is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy at work. Independent, creative, and willing to learn.
Experience in Odoo software is a plus
