Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets

- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures

- Prepare and submit tax returns and other compliance documents

- Monitor and track expenses and ensure they are within budget

- Respond to accounting inquiries from internal departments and external vendors

- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and support the audit process

- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 1 to2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Knowledgeable in journal entries

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
