• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• At least 4 hours of relevant training

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) for suppliers, reimbursements, cash advances, salaries, allowances, honoraria, partner agencies, retention, and remittances.
• Ensure supporting documents are complete, valid, and compliant with government accounting rules.
• Coordinate with requesting units and agencies to resolve discrepancies.
• Record and verify transactions including salaries, allowances, bonuses, PERA/ADCOM, honoraria, and other benefits
• Review entries for accuracy, completeness, and proper financial controls.
• Make adjustments or reclassifications as needed.
