Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with tax exposure
  • Working knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and basic tax compliance
  • Experience using accounting systems and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue sales invoices, official receipts, and billing statements.

Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of receivables

Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with sales and clients regarding payment issues.

Maintain accurate AR aging reports and customer ledgers

Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable balances.

Tax & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate tax-related documents such as VAT invoices, withholding tax certificates (e.g., BIR Form 2307)
  • Ensure correct computation and application of VAT, EWT, and other applicable taxes
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors on tax-related matters
  • Support compliance with BIR regulations and company tax policies.

Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable and related tax accounts
  • Prepare collection forecasts and cash application reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Treasury teams for billing and collections
  • Maintain organized and complete AR and tax documentation for audit purposes
  • Respond to client inquiries related to billing, payments, and tax concerns
