Job Title: Accounting Officer

Job Summary:

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Accounting Officer , you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial advice to optimize company performance. You will also perform internal audits, assist with tax planning, and stay updated on accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to assess company performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders, including management and clients, to optimize financial outcomes.
• Perform internal audits to evaluate financial controls, processes, and risk management procedures.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies and preparation of tax returns to maximize tax efficiency and compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Newly board passers are welcome to apply. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
