• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
• Reconcile bank statements and perform other account reconciliation tasks
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis as needed
• Comply with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedure

Qualification

• Preferably with minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A diploma or degree in Accountancy
