· Compiling and reviewing of financial information.

· Preparing financial forms, documents and reports.

· Ensure the books and records are accurate and presented in a timely manner.

· Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.

· Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.

· Assist in preparing various audit and regulatory requirements.

· Complying with national and local legal regulations and requirements.

· Maintaining records and filing systems.

· Handling correspondence with clients relevant to accounting matters.

· Performing other duties as required.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA license is a must.

· With at least five (5) years working knowledge in basic accounting principles and practices.

· Has proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software such as Quickbooks. 

· Prior work experience in an auditing firm is an added advantage.

· Prior work experience in fund accounting in a brokerage/mutual fund firm is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of the banking and financial services industries and asset management products is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of trust and investment regulations and asset management industry trends is an added advantage.

· Familiarity with trading systems (Bloomberg, etc.)is an added advantage.

· Strong attention to details, can multitask and prioritize deadline.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent organizational skills.
