• Prepare Daily Cash Position
• Coordinates with banks/agency daily exchange rates
• Bank Reconciliation of sales deposits thru internet banking
• Monitor payments for rental, suppliers, utilities and other payables
• Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and check voucher for disbursements
• Performs cashiering functions such as receiving and depositing cash/checks
• Performs bank errand (when needed)

Weekly

• Uploading of petty cash funds
• Uploading of bills payments
• Check releasing for suppliers and others
• Prepares summary of paid vouchers released for the week forwarded to Accounting

Monthly

• Check prep of government remittances like (SSS, HDMF, PHIC and BIR – every 10^th of the month
• Prepare monthly disbursement reports
• Prepares summary of month end report and weekly of all checks issued and not use.
• Monitors checkbook reorder for disbursement summary of Documents

Others

• Assist Accounting Head when it comes to prepares check disbursement and;
• Performs bank errands
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Superior and Management

• BS Accountancy or any related courses
• with at least 6 months related work experience
• Analytical and keen to details
