Responsible for reviewing, processing and accurately coding of company invoice, purchase orders and employee expenses reports. Work with the team to manage financial functions including accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and conducts audit activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day transactions and activities of accounts payable.
• Directs and monitors workflow and accounts processes.
• Manage payables activities of staff including accounts, wires, pre-pays and repayments.
• Performs expense audit.
• Ensure compliance and AP systems are upheld throughout operations.
• Regular review of statement reconciliations, aged creditors, debtors and inter-company reconciliations prepared by the team.
• Perform month-end reconciliations for AP and assists with corporate month end close.

Management Report

• Provide relevant reports to the management pertaining to AP transactions.
• On the time and accurate submission of weekly or monthly reports.

People Management

• Leads, guides and trains personnel to achieve goals.
• Manage expectations and handle labor relation issue and concerns.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable Supervisor.
• Well verse in AP process flow from request to canvass to purchase order and documentations.
• Detailed oriented and with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• With good problem-solving attitude and be able to supervise a team.
• With people management skills.
