1. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Ensure timely processing of payroll and compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Conduct bank reconciliations and audits to maintain financial integrity.
4. Stay updated on Philippine laws & standards and international accounting practices.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies.
6. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
7. Assist in year-end audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
8. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
9. Handle ad-hoc financial projects as required by management.
10. Knowledge of aged care and disability funding models.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with preference of experience in healthcare, aged care, or disability services
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Management, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
• Skills and Competencies: Familiar with International Accounting practices and Statistical Analysis.
• Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail, with strong analytical in problem-solving, Effective communication with interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across departments, can work fast-paced environment and Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Medical Field Industry is preferred.
