Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations including billing, collections, payment posting, and reconciliations
• Monitor AR aging reports and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Review and approve invoices, credit memos, and adjustments for accuracy and compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of at least five accounting staff
• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with clients and internal departments
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and company procedures
• Utilize and maintain accounting systems (e.g., Oracle or similar ERP) and recommend process improvements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables / General Accounting
• 3 years as a Supervisor (Officer or Team Lead position can be considered as long as overseeing people)
• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or related like Accounting Technology, Accounting information
• Preferably with experience overseeing minimum of 5 staff members
• Experience with accounting software (Oracle, etc.)
