Açıklama

Supervise the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Assist in the preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and other government requirements.
Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
Monitor cash flows, budget variances, and expense reports to support decision-making.
Assist the Accounting Manager in year-end closing activities and liaising with external and internal auditors.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity and security of financial data.
Collaborate with the Finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Gereklilik

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license is highly preferred but not always required.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Background in audit, financial reporting, and taxation is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
