Job summary

Primarily responsible for the overall management of the Accessories Department involving administrative supervision and control of the division’s activities and personnel , inventory management of accessories/ parts and the efficient delivery to customers in conformity with AUTOHUB policies and strategic direction and ACCS requirements and standards.

Minimum qualifications and requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Eligibility: Certified Public Accountant/ with MBA Degree
• Training: Management Training skills/ Computerized Accounting System/ Dealer Mgt System
• Must be willing to work in Otis, Paco, Manila

Duties and Responsibilities including the following but not limited to;

1. Administer the conduct of planning , implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Division’s performance in accordance with the AUTOHUB group Performance Management System (PMS) (performance planning, performance monitoring and evaluation)

2. Oversees general activities. Including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance Sheets and Profit- and – Loss Statements and other reportorial requirements

3. Manages the preparations, recording, analyzing and reporting of accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with general accepted accounting principles.

4. Reviews, analyzes, plan and forecasts expenses for dealers in charge

5. Manages the strategic and tactical activities of the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with all company and government requirements, laws and regulations.

6. Develops and implements new and change existing processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundancies.

7. Provides leadership , direction and guidance to the accounting staffs.

8. Approves vouchers before check preparation.

9. Proper monitoring of Product Costing (landed Cost of Importation ) to ensure profitability.

10. Prepares proposal for adjustments report for any misstatement noted while in the process of review.
