• Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop, document, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to ensure data integrity.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles
• Must have experience in Tax, Financial statement and Auditing
• Must have supervisory or managerial experience
