We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger and contributing to timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the full General Ledger (GL) function, ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions and accounts.
• Prepare and post complex journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures, including comprehensive account reconciliation and analysis.
• Ensure financial records are compliant with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed financial statements and regulatory reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant accounting experience.
• Expertise: At least 1 year of hands-on experience focused specifically on General Ledger management (beyond basic subsidiary ledger tasks).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and preferably has proficiency in any accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
