• Manage the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Implement and maintain financial reporting systems and procedures
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Develop financial planning and forecasting to guide the company’s growth strategies

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience Level: 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management or a similar role, with a solid understanding of month-end closing procedures and tax compliance.
• Professional Qualification: Must be CPA - Certified Public Accountant
• Skills and Competencies: Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and financial software
