Position: Billing and Collection Supervisor - Direct Hire!!!

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Billing and Collection Supervisor to oversee billing operations and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable

• At least 1–2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

A Billing & Collection Supervisor manages daily invoicing, payment follow-ups, and team performance to ensure timely cash flow, focusing on accurate billing, efficient collections, dispute resolution, process improvement, and reporting, requiring strong financial understanding, leadership, and coordination with other departments like Sales and Finance.
