THIS POSITION WILL BE ASSIGNED TO OUR AFFILIATE, TOTAL SPORTS TECHNOLOGY INC.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to handle various accounting functions, including accounts receivable/payable, sales reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to support business operations and decision-making.

Job Description:

A/R and A/P

• Creates masterlist report for office sales (DR warehouse) and receiving (purchases report) and keeps all files.
• Prepares a summary of expenses per month by categories.
• Updates Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledger.
• Creates Statement of Account for processing of payment to suppliers and does all procedures for check processing and releasing.
• Provides management with a consolidated and updated report of A/R and A/P monthly.

SALES RECON

• Create Sales Invoice Report for BT stores and online (check SI series, check cash deposits, checks credit card transactions) per month.
• Creates Credit Card summary Report by transaction per month .
• Balances Cash and Credit Card transactions with Inventory sales for BT.
• Keeps file of the following: sales invoices, statement of account and hard copy of sales report from all platforms.

FINANCIAL REPORT

• Input sales for cost of sales report and forwards to Accounting Supervisor for checking.
• Create the following financial reports: (1) Cash Receipts, (2) Cash Disbursements, (3) Purchases Report
• Keeps file of the following: (1) RR series, (2) DR series (warehouse), 3 CV-VAT, (4) CV-NVAT, (5) PR series, (6) OR series

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
