The Accounting Staff will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist in compliance requirements for both the holding company and its affiliates. This role plays an important part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers.
• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and related documents.
• Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
• Support in audits, reporting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance-related course.
• With 6 months–1 year experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel; experience in accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
