We’re looking for an Accounting & Admin Support Specialist who can help with day-to-day finance tasks, document processing, and general admin support. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers and paperwork.

What you'll be working on:

• Assist with accounts payable, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
• Process and organize financial documents, receipts, and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and requirements
• Support payroll preparation and employee documentation
• Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries
• Maintain accurate files and records for audits or compliance checks
• Provide administrative support such as email coordination and filing

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in accounting or admin support
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting systems is a plus
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Can work on-site in Makati
