We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports

Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements

Encode journal entries and support month-end closing activities

Organize and maintain accounting documents and files

Assist with payroll computations and audit preparations

Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Can work independently and collaboratively
• Honest, dependable, and eager to learn
